Iraq: America's Victory

Two months after the end of the war in Iraq, the humanitarian situation is getting worse everyday. The emergency room of the hospital in Nazariah, southern Iraq, is awash with blood. Four young boys have just been admitted after playing with a cluster bomb that exploded. "Every week I see hundreds of cases like this" Dr.Asid says. "We do not have the facilities to treat them, and many have died as a result." In the aftermath of war in Iraq, the civilian population continue to suffer the horrific consequences of the conflict.
