Monks during the ceremony in the cathedral church of Analipsis (Assumption) in the Esfigmenon Monastery. A regular day of a Monk is based on 8 hours of prayer, 8 hours of work, 2 hours of meditation and 6 hours of rest.

Les moines durant la cérémonie de l'Ascemption dans l'église du Monastère d'Esfigmenon. Une journée ordinaire d'un moine se partage entre huit heures de prières, huit heures de travail, deux heures de meditation et six heures de repos.
