Under the light of an oil lamp, the Father Efrem and the Father Antonio are eating in the refectory of the Esfigmenon Monastery. The refectory is the place for the monk's common assembly (meeting) one or two times a day. During the dinner, one father reads paragraphs from the holly texts.

A la lumière d'une lampe à pétrole, le Père Efrem et le Père Antonio dînent dans le réfectoire du Monsatère d'Esfigmenon. Le réfectoire est l'endroit où les moines se rassemblent une à deux fois par jour. Durant le dîner, un moine lit des paragraphes de textes sacrés.
